At Next Level Building & Construction, our story begins like many of yours — with the dream of building something better for our family.
In 2019, founders Manu and Koren took the leap to build their own home right here in Dunedin. Backed by years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, they took on the full process themselves — from early budgeting and design, through to site works, project management, and final handover. The journey wasn’t always easy, but it gave them something invaluable: a deeper understanding of what clients really go through when building or renovating their homes.
That firsthand experience is the foundation of everything we do.
